HOW DO WE WORK ?


First of all we make an estimate for the data-recovery. Therefore we need your media physically.
You receive an offer from us, depending on the difficulty of the job and speed of recovery.
Once you agree, the recuperation starts immediately, and the data is delivered back on a new hard disk or another medium (cd, dvd) from the at that moment mostly used capacity.

If possible, we even take an image of your disk, so you can boot your pc as if nothing happened.

All physical manipulations on the read/head assembly are done in a class 100 environment!
