That difference matters. A free analysis tells you within two to three working days what happened, what it costs and how likely recovery is.
What happened?
Pick whatever comes closest. Not sure? That’s fine — that’s what the analysis is for.
How it works
Until then it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

Why here
Equipment
Recovery is becoming increasingly electronic. Monolithic memory cards, glued phones, multilayer boards — a microscope no longer helps there. An X-ray machine does.
It is an expensive machine that only pays for itself with enough throughput. That is the case here, partly because fellow labs send us their electronic cases. For you it mainly means there is less guesswork.
Second opinion
It happens regularly: a case closed elsewhere as unrecoverable comes in here and still yields data. Not always — but often enough to ask.
Put it to us →Dropping off
You don’t have to travel far. Drop your medium off nearby, or send it — neither costs you extra.
A drop-off point can only accept your medium when it has a case number attached. So request the free analysis first — it takes two minutes and you get your number straight away.
What customers say
The less good ones are there too. That comes with the job.

Data destruction
We retrieve data from places ordinary software never reaches. Which is why we also know where it stays behind when you think you have wiped it.
Free destruction with certificate →On the phone we’ll already tell you what’s likely going on and what to avoid. That costs you nothing.
