You can start a case by filling in the application form on this website. After completing it, you can drop off or send your carrier. We are located in Ypres, but don't worry: we have several drop-off points where you can drop off your carrier. You can find these drop-off points in step 2 of the request for a free analysis. Upon arrival of your carrier in our lab, we will start the free analysis to give you a customised price quote for your recovery.
A RAW recovery is a recovery where the damage to the data carrier is too severe to recover the original folder structure or file names. Here the files are recovered without their original file names and sorted according to date or author. Those files that cannot be sorted will be in a separate folder. The files themselves are of course still usable as before.
The cost of a recovery is very difficult to determine in advance. The cost depends on a lot of factors, which data carrier? What is the problem? What do we need for recovery?
However, we do have some guide prices to give you an approximate price range. However, these prices are minimum prices and can increase depending on your specific recovery.
